Q. I don't see the part I am looking for, do you have it or can you order it for me?
A. If you don't see the part that you are looking for it doesn't mean that we don't have it. Please feel free to email us at sales@anchakandsons.com and we will see if we your part is available.
Q. Do you sell used parts or reconditioned parts?
A. Yes, from time to time we have some quality used parts available. We also buy quality used parts. We will be offering reconditioned parts in the future. Please feel free to contact us at sales@anchakandsons.com and we will see if we your part is available.
Q. I wanted to order a few small parts, but when I went to Checkout the shipping seems very high.
A. The Shipping Calculator doesn't know if your parts will ship in a USPS Flat Rate box or if there is a less expensive way to ship your parts. We will always ship your parts the least expensive way and refund any difference in shipping charges. Please feel free to email us at sales@anchakandsons.com if you would like a shipping quote.
